Your booking of a bike tour on www.bike-israel.com signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of bike-israel.com

Bike Israel - Ilan Sivan is registered with the State of Israel as a business of planning, arranging and leading bike tours in Israel.

Reservations and Booking

Your booking is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we have emailed you a booking confirmation.

Booking payment

Accepted methods of payment

The accepted methods of payments are:

• Wire transfers

• You may pay by wire transfer either in U.S. or in euros. There’s an additional $20 charge to offset our banks’ fees, and we ask that you add that to your total balance due. Please be sure the transfer includes a reference to your name, tour name, and/or invoice number. Please also email us with the wire transfer reference number at info@bike-israel.com. We will provide you with our account information after you book.

• PayPal

• You may pay via PayPal in US dollars or in Euros. We will provide you with a paypal account after your booking. PayPal allows payments with credit cards.

Payment due dates

• • Generally speaking, payments are due ahead of departure day.

  • If accommodations is included we may ask you to advance your payment to make sure accomodations is properly reserved.

Changes

Changes may occur due to weather conditions,  and other reasons. If change occurs we will communicate it with you and get your consent where possible. We might not be able to communicate all changes in due time and reserve the right to make necessary changes in our sole discretion.  

Cancellation by you

Cancellations must be made to bike-israel in writing via email. Cancellation fees may apply. Please note that cancellation fees usually increase as the tour date approaches.

Refunds

In case of cancellation, Bike-Israel will refund any difference between what you have paid and, in the case of client cancellation, any cancellation fees within 5-7 business.

Limitation of liability

Our (Bike Israel-Ilan Sivan) responsibility is strictly limited.

By using the our services, you agree that you will not hold Bike Israel and its agents or representatives liable for any accident, injury, costs, property damage, theft or personal loss. Any lawsuit arising out of the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the state of Israel.

You know that bicycle riding is potentially hazardous. You should not ride unless you are medically able and properly trained. You assume all risks associated with riding, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by you. You realize that bicycling is a strenuous activity that requires proper physical conditioning. You hereby certify that you are in such physical condition and good health.

You assume all liability for individuals included on the booking form.

Personal responsibility

Do not ride without a helmet!

You are responsible for your personal health being up to the physical demands of the tour. If you have any questions about a tour’s level of difficulty, please ask us. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of the state of Israel, including all traffic regulations.
